Responsibilities: As a Lieutenant in the US PHS, provide psychological services to the military men and women on Sheppard Air Force base, including individual therapy and psychological evaluations. The primary objective of this ongoing research is to collect material for a case series of the nature of patients admitted to Ben Taub General Hospital for either medical or psychiatric reasons who have a diagnosis of tertiary syphilis.

Silvio, H. (2006). Incidence of involvement in the criminal justice system of patients on a psychiatric inpatient unit. The primary objective of this ongoing research is to collect data to generate a profile of the psychological aspects of those patients with prior involvement in the criminal justice system.
